…and so they should. In 2001 our office consisted of a fax machine, a computer, two phone lines and a box of A-Zs. Seven years on we have an array of address checking software and all drivers are equipped with GPS. We have enough phones lines to ensure you will always get through to us first time. An engaged tone is the last thing you want to hear when trying to organize an important delivery.
A change of location in 2003 brought about storage and forklift facilities, placed in the center of a triangle formed by the A1, M18 and M62. These links will be even better soon, as an A1 link road is being built straight past our front door.

The 021 Same Day service is proud of its suppliers. They are the drivers who represent not only 021 Network, but the customers who rely on them. 021’s suppliers see their role as a Customer Service one. This sets them ahead, beyond the clichéd ‘White Van Man.’
Ian’s son and daughter, Ben and Emma, are core members of the business, extending a supportive hand to customers and suppliers alike. As a team, they are close knit and very capable.
021 Network is a member of the National Courier Association. The ‘NCA’ is made up of excellent UK couriers. In order for a courier to join they must demonstrate strong abilities in customer service, organization, tracking and recording. Then undergo a trial period of twelve months before being fully accepted.
The benefit of this is two fold. Firstly, it tells you that the 021 Same Day service lives up to high standards. Secondly, it shows the quality of our own contacts nationwide.
These contacts make it possible to meet local business needs throughout the UK while still guaranteeing excellent levels of service.
